Youth Work

Here at Christ Church Haydock URC we welcome every young person who enters through our doors. We provide a friendly, warm and safe environment for children and teenagers to come and meet with friends and other new people. Throughout the week there are a variety of clubs for young people to go to. Click below to find out more!

Sunday Club

The Sunday Club is open to all children between the ages of 3 +. We meet on a Sunday morning in Church at 10.45 a.m. and share fellowship with the church family for about 20 minutes before moving to our own rooms. Here the children take part in activities such as games, bible stories, making crafts and sharing prayers. Anyone who comes along is sure of a warm welcome as we try to teach all of the children about the love of the Lord Jesus.

We meet on Tuesday evenings between 6.30 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. Each week the children are split into two teams and play a variety of games against each other, take part in quizzes and competitions, make crafts and have loads of FUN! We also have a short epilogue each week were we share the word of God with the children. Throughout the year, we take the children out on a couple of trips. At the present time, the subs for the Junior Youth Club is 50p which goes towards the trips and new equipment. We also provide a tuck shop at the end of the evening. Come along and join in the fun and see if it's for you! For more details contact Jo Nelson (07803361184)
